Equipment Finance Loan & Lease Servicer
Orion identified a series of products that would complement their service offerings, but needed support to develop them and bring them to market. These new offerings had to first be aligned to Orion’s core values and mission, then be promoted alongside its existing suite of services.
We worked with Orion to develop then plan the rollout of new products like their Customer Portal, Client Portal, and their Delinquency Manager dashboard, as well as promoting services like commercial collections and backup servicing.

After several years of sustained growth, Quality’s business model had evolved and its position in the marketplace had strengthened. The company had invested in its technology; streamlined processes that allowed a faster pace of business, and developed new products to appeal to its core customers.
To better reflect the evolution of the company, Quality Leasing worked with us to revise its mission statement and refine its positioning.
From there we developed the new visual brand identity—a logo and wordmark—and a new brand voice and messaging. With these in place, we built Quality’s website, keeping its look clean, honest, direct, and effective, as demanded by the new brand.

BSB aimed to expand its broker partner base by reigniting the interest of former partners and attracting the growing group of experienced yet newly independent equipment finance brokers.
Sands Costner partnered with BSB to develop new messaging that showcased the company’s confidence and years of industry experience. The message emphasized BSB as a resource for multiple credible funding opportunities, both past and present. Next we developed email and digital ad campaigns to effectively reach and engage past and potential broker partners.

Rinaldi Advisory Services – a consulting group founded by equipment finance veteran Bob Rinaldi in 2018 – had shifted their work and client mix since their inception, with a growing team and more focus on M&A work with banks. The company was seeking to refine, reposition, and focus their firm on this market.
Sands Costner helped Rinaldi by conducting research to understand the competition and develop a marketing strategy. We created messaging that targeted two key audiences – banks interested in entering the equipment finance sector, and owners of equipment finance companies seeking a bank-ready posture for their exit strategy. The messaging was integrated into a new website and supported by a rebranding and reintroduction campaign, positioning Rinaldi as the M&A experts in the equipment finance space.

Paramount Financial Services aimed to maintain strong relationships with their equipment dealer and manufacturer partners and needed a way to stay top of mind.
We created a targeted drip email campaign for Paramount to nurture new partners and introduce them to the extensive marketing and sales resources available.
