As a third–party servicer, Orion First manages the life of equipment loans and leases after they are booked. Their primary client is the lender. Orion’s ambition—their vision—is to be entrusted by the very best small business lenders with the care of their customers and portfolios.

The Challenge

Orion identified a series of products that would complement their service offerings, but needed support to develop them and bring them to market. These new offerings had to first be aligned to Orion’s core values and mission, then be promoted alongside its existing suite of services.

The Solution

We helped Orion plan the rollout of new products like their Customer Portal, Client Portal, and their Delinquency Manager dashboard, as well as promoting services like commercial collections and backup servicing.

We continue to work with Orion to manage its content and website, ensuring that messaging is calibrated, and to develop new products and advertising for their next stage of growth.
