Bioclear pioneers new methods and tools for dental restorations. Their flagship product is the Bioclear Matrix, a transparent anatomical form that dentists temporarily fit to the tooth, allowing them to injection-mold a heated composite. Their products—as well as their popular educational program—have successfully been marketed to dentists looking for more modern techniques and better patient outcomes.
The Challenge
Bioclear turned to us for help launching their new Evolve Matrix. As the name suggests, it’s a huge advance in matrix design that helps dentists tailor their restorations more effectively to the specific tooth, allowing for stronger and better-looking results.
As with any new product launch, the devil is in the details. Not only did Bioclear need to get the word out about Evolve, but it needed to make sure the messaging for this highly technical product was consistent, accurate, and persuasive. And it needed to appeal to an audience of busy providers.
The Solution
We helped Bioclear launch the Evolve matrix with the rollout of new packaging design, product guides, marketing collateral, and landing pages, which we promoted with a digital ad campaign, targeted emails, and sales sheets for national and regional reps.
We aligned the marketing language for Evolve with the success of previous products and recognition of Bioclear’s brand.

We worked with Bioclear to develop a technical product guide that became a sales piece in itself: a beautiful, clean document that dentists would find an appealing representation of the Bioclear brand.
We tied all CRM and outbound marketing language to the brand, and made the brand into a brand promise: Bioclear is a clear, effective evolution in restorative dentistry.
We continue to work with Bioclear, managing its marketing and promoting its learning center, making sure that the brand promise resonates clearly and decisively with its intended audience.
