Curtis Costner
President
With experience in brand management, advertising, interactive, and promotion, Curtis leads from concept to implementation. He has worn hats ranging from art director to producer and project leader on innumerable marketing campaigns. Praised for his shrewd understanding of businesses of all shapes and sizes, Curtis’s leadership means that every marketing project is aimed at providing value and meeting business goals.
Charity Hardwick
Director of Client Services
With an executive background in operations, account management, marketing/brand strategy, finance, advertising/pr, product dev, and global sales development strategy, Charity has worked diligently to help companies expand and measurably succeed. A spokesperson for Women in Business, Charity has been honored with Dealerscope’s “Powerful Women in Consumer Technology” award, and has appeared in Forbes and Wharton Business School.
Cheree Royster
Creative Director
Our director in all things artistic and most things strategic, Cheree has been with Sands Costner since 2012. With over twenty years of graphic design experience and a degree in communications, she steers Sands Costner’s creative output from concept to delivery. On the weekends you can find Cheree in the Cascades, Olympics, and at local music venues or vintage clothing shops.
Raylene Sircable
Executive Assistant
An eight-armed sea beast of multitasking, Raylene returned to Sands Costner in 2019 to bring order, morale, and an appreciation for Mondays. She is the resident keeper of the workflow, and maintains a philosophy of presenting possible solutions when voicing concerns. When not at work, she may be found voice acting for alternate-reality games (ARGs).
Joyce Harden
Graphic Designer
An exceptionally versatile designer, Joyce is guided by her belief that visual language can instigate interaction and that good design amplifies the content and voice of the client. She brings to our clients a depth of digital marketing savvy and leadership on large-scale corporate campaigns, as well as experience with community-based initiatives like Tacoma Arts Month. She is also an aspiring ceramicist and illustrator. Outside of work, Joyce is both an avid gamer and nature lover.
