Diagnostic Imaging Northwest

Website Design + Collateral

Diagnostic Imaging Northwest is an alliance between TRA-MINW and MultiCare Health System, serving medical imaging patients in the Puget Sound and surrounding area at five outpatient radiology locations. For many years, we have worked with DINW to ensure brand consistency throughout the physical locations they oversee, and across all marketing collateral and patient support materials.

Project: Website Development

Tasked with modernizing and updating Diagnostic Imaging Northwest’s web presence, we created a user friendly site that features easy navigation, streamlined content, online scheduling and a fresh, new look. reers.

Patient Education

DINW supports patients by offering resources to help them understand procedures, learn what services are available at which locations, simplify the scheduling process, and ease the journey of recovery. As new products and services are offered, we work with DINW to develop, write and design informative pieces to help educate their patient audience.

Provider Support

DINW supports referring providers with resources to guide their patients to make the best healthcare decision for themselves and their families.

DINW needs creative ways to reach their patient audience and remind them to schedule their next appointment for a checkup or screening mammogram. As DINW’s marketing support arm, Sands Costner contributes to the strategy discussion behind these promotions, and develops the collateral necessary to reach target audiences.

  • Pinky Promise

DINW wanted a campaign to prompt women to schedule a screening mammogram during October, breast cancer awareness month. Participants take a photo of themselves pinky promising a friend or loved-one that they’ll get their screening, and then post the photo to DINW’s Facebook Group. For the first 1,000 photos posted, DINW will donate $1 to MultiCare Foundation Breast Health Services at Good Samaritan Hospital.

  • Pizza cutter promotion

To entice women to receive a screening mammogram, DINW teamed up with the local Papa Murphy’s and distributed coupons for free and discounted items to participants who had a screening mammogram.
